Broken your mobile phones during Lockdown? Don't fear! You can now arrange this from the comfort and safety of your home or work address with the help of Tek Repairs.
For customers in SG1 / SG2 postcodes we can collect and drop back your device once the repair is complete.
Customers outside these postcodes simply send your device to us and we will arrange a safe and secure delivery of your repaired device back to you, we can also arrange collection for an additional fee.
How does this work?
Simply complete our repair request form we will then email you back with a quotation to approve and confirm first, once confirmed we can either arrange the collection or you can send the device into us, unfortunately we cannot allow customers to visit at present.
How long does it take?
At present we are quoting a 5 (working) day turnaround on all repairs as we are limited to the number of technicians available in the present situation, though we do aim to turn around faster where possible
How do I pay?
Once your device is ready to send back, we will send you a PayPal request or we can provide bank details to pay via transfer if you prefer.
All prices quoted will include the cost of collection and delivery within the SG1/SG2 areas or return delivery cost if sending into us from the rest of the UK and VAT. The only additional cost would be if you wish to have a collection for customers outside our local post codes.
